Terms of service.
The short version of what you agree to when you create a Saimio store. Last updated 19 October 2026.
The service
Saimio provides a hosted website, online store, appointment booking and customer-management platform operated by Codehub Technologies Limited. You get an organisation at a saimio.com subdomain (and optionally your own domain) and an admin to run it.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your logins and those of staff you invite.
Your content and your customers
Everything you upload and everything your customers submit stays yours. You grant us only what is needed to host and deliver it. You are responsible for your products, services, prices, taxes, fulfilment, refunds and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer and privacy law.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe’s terms. Saimio does not hold your funds and charges no percentage of your sales.
Plans and fees
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed as agreed with us in writing; limits on Free are soft and are communicated in your admin. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful goods or services, no deceptive content, no spam, no attempts to access other businesses’ data or to disrupt the platform. We may suspend an organisation that breaks these rules; where practical we tell you first.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Saimio available and backed up, but it is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
Ending
You can stop any time and ask us to delete your organisation. We can end the service for breach of these terms. New Zealand law applies.
